Refund policy

This policy ensures adherence to the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Consumer Rights Act 2015, and includes clear language to be enforceable and binding.
This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return products purchased from Fussy Ladies ("we", "us", or "our") via our UK-based website.
By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by this policy, which complies with UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Right to Cancel – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are a consumer (not a business), you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right:
- Notify us in writing by email to: administrator@fussyladies.com
- Clearly state your name, order number, and intention to cancel.
You then have 14 days from the date of cancellation to return the goods to us.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, in its original packaging, with tags or label, unworn and in resalable condition.
- Include all original components, manuals, and accessories.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, once unsealed (e.g., cosmetics, underwear).
- Digital downloads after downloads has begun.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods
If the goods are faulty, not as described, or damaged upon arrival, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
You must notify us within 30 calendar days of receiving the goods. We may require photographic evidence.
Return postage for faulty items will be covered by us.
NB: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
- We may deduct from the refund any loss in value of goods if they have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If you are returning non-faulty goods under the 14-day cooling-off period, you are responsible for the return postage.
- For faulty or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return postage costs.
